Meta Technical Program Manager interview questions

Applied online and was contacted by recruiter. After initial screening, scheduled a phone screen round. Consists of one product design and one execution. The questions on already listed and no new question was asked. They were all around FB products. I personally feel I over prepared (with over 30 mock ups) and might have sounded very rehearsed. In product design round, on retrospect, I think the solution was not exactly targeted to the user group I have prioritized. They are looking new ideas. They brushed aside solution ideas around recommendations or filters and probed for new ideas.

Typical 5 person interview. My 5 person interview spanned several days because of scheduling issues. Feedback after the loop was very slow coming and I had to pursue it. No real feedback was given.
