I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh Risk (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward and simple. The first round consisted of easy, common behavioral questions with a senior vice president from one of the sectors. Then the second round consisted of 3 back to back, 30 minute interviews. Two interviews with senior vice presidents, and the third interview with an HR employee. Overall experience is that it was easy. Just know your resume, and be able to explain what you have done, and the outcomes.

Question 1
They asked me to tell them about a time I had to do something, and it didn't work out.
Remote Pre-Recorded Interview
6 Questions total 1-3 minutes to answer. Took a very long time to hear back from the company regarding interview results. I don't know what else to say. Best of Luck
There was a hirevue and then one superday interview consisting of a two and a half hour long interview with three different people. All behavioral questions/questions designed to test your emotional intelligence and people skills.

Question 1
"Tell me about something you're learning about in school right now or something you have learned about previously that you're especially interested in"
2 or so hour long super day interview on zoom. Rotated through 3 different break out rooms with one interviewer in each. Was asked solely behavioral questions and really was just having one-on-one conversations with interviewers. They were more looking for whether or not you are likeable and a good fit with the company culture. No technical questions at all.
