Applied online and received a email requesting a phone interview. No video chatting but was very pleasant and I could tell they really wanted to get to know me as a person/candidate. Overall great experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How have you applied classroom knowledge to projects inside or outside of school? ( Basically what can I do)
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Tuskegee, AL) in Feb 2017
Interview
the interview for Lockheed Martin was very casual, although this might be a personality based opinion. the interview and I got along well, I answered most questions through casual conversation. It was an on campus interview so that most likely changed the dynamic of the interview as well, it lasted nearly an hour longer than it was supposed to just because as stated before it was casual and we began to talk about outside topics
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interviewed at the Home for the Holidays job fair. Stood in line for a while and then went through a series of selection processes to find the correct interviewer. Interviewed for around 20 minutes and then had the opportunity to speak with other engineers and LM Corporate members.
