I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Moorestown, NJ) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was over Zoom. My hiring manager did not like to follow his script. He flipped the interview several times. He briefly introduced himself. Usually, they go on and on for a while, but this man did not. He told me to relax and treat the interview like a semi-casual discussion. He asked me how I got into engineering. After I told him some of my childhood escapades, he asked about my university education and my skills. He was very impressed with the breadth of my skills and experience. All these managers are mighty obsessed with your skills as opposed to your internships or degree. Smh. He informally hinted that I would receive an offer when I asked for his email address.

Question 1
What is your experience with SysML, Cameo, and DOORS?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2019
Interview
Invited me to a conference for many job opportunities and on-site interviews that were specific to women in STEM. I was selected for a few interviews for different teams. Still, they then asked why I was there with the degree I had (mechanical engineering) as I would not find a job there. Since I traveled for it, I would've appreciated being told in advance, and prior to waiting around for my few interviews, that mechanical engineers somehow weren't included in their STEM selection that day.
