I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
I interviewed with the Team Manager and the interview was very relaxed and easy. He mostly asked about my projects and experiences as well as some typical STAR questions. There were some technical questions but they were very easy (No coding).
I really liked the interview. It felt like a conversation. They just wanted to know your experiences and what you have done. The interviewer was also very nice and arrived on time. Probably the most relaxed and chill interview I’ve had.

Interview
The interviewing process as a college hire was not technically rigorous, merely a conversation between myself and the interviewer. Rehearse your lines (but not too much), speak confidently and you will get the gig.

Interview
Lockheed offered an optional interview prep session that reassured all of us applicants and helped prepare us for various aspects of the interview, such as dress code, potential questions, and more.
