I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
Typical interview process. Start with a brief phone chat with a hiring recruiter to gather information about current experience, willingness to move/travel, and touched briefly on some of the languages they’re looking for experience with. Second interview was a video interview with 2 hiring managers. Went a bit more in-depth with OOP principles, some C /C++ questions, experience with problem solving and questions about larger scale projects I’ve worked with and communication methods I have experience with such as uart, can, rs232, 422, arinc, etc.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
Really chill. They just asked me behavioral questions for about 20 minutes. I received an offer about 3 weeks later. The interviewers were really nice and seemed interested in talking to me, and didnt make me feel nervous.
