I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Nov 2017
Interview
Was contacted by the hiring manager after my resume had been floated around the company and made its way to his desk. Set up a time for a phone screen and HR contacted me with an application request for the position I was interviewing for. The interview was mostly experience-based and more of a conversation about my internships, but the hiring manager did ask a couple of conceptual technical questions. From what I hear, Lockheed is very fond of the STAR format for interviews, and this interview was no exception. HR called me back a couple of weeks later with an offer.

It lasted about 45 minutes and almost all of the questions were behavioral. Was told I would hear back in a week, but I was finally notified after a month of waiting.
