Interview
I applied for a few positions in Lockheed Martin I was in interested in mid-June. A few days later an LM recruiter emailed me and mentioned I looked like a good candidate for this position. A few weeks later the team for the ASC systems engineering position asked if I was available for a phone interview. I spoke with two systems engineers and they talked about Lockheed and what their team did. They asked me why I was interested in LM. Afterwards, they asked me to go through my resume and how I was a good fit for the position. After that, they explained into more detail what the position would be about.

Interview
Applied to a position in late December. Heard back in January that LM Space wanted to interview me for onsite. Before the on-site, they hosted a networking event for the participants to meet and talk with hiring managers. The on-site consisted of a small lunch with a small presentation about the company and business unit. After lunch the managers were introduced and candidates were interviewed by different teams. While waiting for the interview we were able to converse with current or future employees.

Interview
Applied online, several months later received an email to schedule an onsite interview. Interview was very basic and very short (~20 mins). Asked questions like "How well do you work in teams?" and "How did you handle a difficult situation with a coworker?". Didn't receive a response for three weeks so I emailed the recruiter, who said they will ask for an update from the hiring manager. Several weeks since then still with no update, apparently its not uncommon for them to just ghost people.
