I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Apr 2022
Interview
The recruiter started the process with a phone call and phone screening followed by an online Zoom interview. This was a hiring event so there was no further rounds of interviews.
45 is minute interview. Some quick easy data structure questions, some quick and easy database and sql questions, some quick and easy STARS questions. Felt more like a conversation. I have had some interviews with lockheed in the past and they have all felt comfortable. In general I was learning from my past interviews and gathering what would make me a perfect candidate with the technologies LM is working with.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interviewers were very personable, very nice, responsive, and very transparent. After a slew of ignorant/impartial/rude/uninterested/unimpressed recruiters, this was a breath of fresh air! Really made me feel like I was a human and not just another applicant or number to check off their list.
Asked about myself, a scenario or story about myself to demonstrate myself (irrelevant work experiences welcomed!) to assess company culture fit, etc.
Asked a few computer science related questions, but nothing too technical. I believe it was based off what I talked about on my resume and classes.
No coding challenges or assessments, just 1 chill interview with 3 engineers who are all incredibly talented and nice throughout the process.
