The process was long but easy, firstly a met HR manager, than HR Director, than Marketing Director and finally General Manager. It took almost a month but questions were quiet easy and ordinary

Interview
Nice and professional team, they kept a professional tone. I didn't get the job in the end but it did get a good impression of the company. i did howeverer get the impression of a quite complicated internal structure with many people to keep track of.
In person, In the office, two stages, straight forward. However they were trying to recruit quickly which is not surprising as they have high turnover due to the culture / not great pay.

Tell us about a time you’ve managed difficult stakeholders.
First round was a one-way recorded interview. Felt pretty weird and uncomfortable to talk to a blank screen. The second round was a video interview which was much more normal from an applicant's perspective
