I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Jan 2021
Interview
2 rounds.
HR screening and then one day for 2.5 hrs to interview with team. After that, a presentation, case, and then behavioral interview.
My worst experience was honestly dealing with the recruiter. Post interview, they were very much crossing the line about whether I would accept. It was also an exploding offer (they wanted to know then and there). Recruiter especially, was very passive aggressive and rude when I rejected which I thought was extremely unprofessional.
In comparison to other firms, although I'm sure L'oreal isn't the worst place to work, I just didn't get the vibe I'd like the culture. Something felt off and the recruiter's reaction post interview solidified that. There are other reasons too that I rejected but I cannot see myself ever applying here cause of this experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2013
Interview
First round with HR - standard motivational phone interview. It was very brief and straight to the point.
Second round with line manager - motivational interview and data analysis exercise (had 20 minutes to prepare it there and then) to assess analytical skills. I was also asked about the company and it's competitors.
Third round interview with director - motivational interview.
