R1: Recruiter Zoom call, R2: group case study, Acceptance.
Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
I applied an internship position in marketing department trough their website. In one week they called me and we made a short telephone interview about my academic background and expectations. Afterwards I got an invitation to group interview. I made the group interview with 13 people. Firstly we introduced ourselves then we are asked to express ourselves by doing a collage using past L'Oreal advertisements (naturally glue and paper). In the second part we carried out an easy business case. After a week I got the phone and I am selected to second interview. It was with the product manager and we talked about the products.
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montréal, QC)
Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
