They want to know you as a person and whether you will be a good fit for the team. I applied for a marketing role but was interviewed by the DMI team, which basically does both Marketing and Product Development. A lot of questions were based on my resume, and some questions related to product development.

Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
