I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montréal, QC) in Feb 2017
Interview
3 steps interview,
One with HR,
One with the brand manager,
One with the Head of Digital
Before the interview I was a bit on my guards thinking that it might be hard or that L'Oréal is such a big company that I might just be another fish in the sea.
But to an incredible surprise, my experience was amazingly positive. Each person I met through the interview process did not make it about the jobs, the tasks but about my career growth! They made it clear that they believed in me and my potential to grow at L'Oréal. It was the first experience I had where manager and the directors were interested in seing me grow and learn. Each position is really unique and important for each team, so don't be fooled by the big company, small fish in the sea image! Your value is really important and they make it clear that they believe in you.
