Interview
Firstly interview on the phone (30 minutes) and then assessment center. Assessment center consists of self presentation, case study, budget negotiation in the group, and then personal interviews with HR and Managers of the department where you apply. People are friendly and exercises are very interesting. Important to show the ability to work within a team and the potential of a leader.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
