The interview process was a 30-minute one-on-one phone interview followed by a 2-hour virtual interview by a panel including the hiring supervisor and two people on the team. The first interview consisted of basic questions about my experience and a quick overview of the position, followed by an opportunity for me to ask questions. The second interview consisted of a 20-minute technical presentation followed by questions, a 45-minute overview of the position, a series of behavioral and experience-based interview questions, followed by an opportunity to ask the interviewers questions. The interviewers were kind and respectful and showed genuine interest both in my presentation and in my experience. The hiring supervisor followed up with a verbal offer a few days after, and a written offer a week after the interview.
