Met with college recruiters at a career fair, filled out a paper coding challenge and was directed to schedule a follow-up interview two days later on college campus. Met with two company engineers who briefly explained their roles and projects in the company, and then did another coding challenge. Initial introductions were included as part of the time allocated for the coding challenge.
