First and foremost if they are in the restaurant, pull them off to the side and try to get them to calm down if they are yelling at you. Find out what has caused their displeasure and see if you can do whatever it takes to make them happy. Maybe by offering them a discount coupon for their next visit or on their next delivery order. Biggest objective is to make sure they are satisfied with what you did.
