Hermès Backend Engineer interview questions

Had to wait, constantly follow up for one month and a half for a first recruiter interview initially planned for a certain week, got a phone call one week later without any prior notice. Got introduced about the team that I would join, only to get introduced about a second one during a next recruiter meeting then had to wait again for 1 month to get news about a technical interview. Got noticed that my profile has been shared to a tech lead, then got noticed one week later that the target project and the seniority level of the job offer had to be updated so they ended up discarding my profile, claiming that I would not be impactful enough. Obviously, I would recommend to any candidate to not stop looking for any other opportunity during the process and being extremely patient with their process.
