Very smooth. There was a really interesting process to understand the company and act as a summer analyst during the job simulation. Writing reports and answering questions about the company was really interesting.

Assessment centre - fairly standard - nothing too difficult, doesn’t really test any technicals just more commercial awareness. Two tests before getting to the assessment centre which is fairly standard, mainly focussed on quantitative ability but nothing that needs too much prep
