CV/Application form -> -> Online Maths test -> Online Personality Questionnaire -> Phone Interview -> Assessment Day (One to one interview/Presentation) Very professional recruitment process, although it took approximately 2 1/2 months from start to finish! Interview was competency based, questions like why HSBC, why banking, time you've dealt with a customer, time you've worked in a team, Presentation was prepared in advance about a company of your choice and was straightforward. Followed by a Q & A session: Q's like what would you do if you were the CEO of company X..?
