HCLTech Sr Software Engineer interview questions

There is total 3:round of interview.so 2 round from hcl itself but last round is client round.So Interview process very long.you cleared the hcl round but post clear the round need to wait for long time to attend client round So that was not good for any candidate

1. Application / Shortlisting 2. Written / Online Test 3. Technical Interview 4. HR / Behavioural Interview 5. Offer and Onboarding For experienced hires, there might be more technical rounds, possibly with managers or clients, possibly coding + system design, domain-specific tests. For certain roles (non-technical / support / operations / BPO), the technical round might be replaced or de-emphasized, and more weight on verbal, communication, logical ability. Sometimes the order or inclusion of GD, voice & accent, etc., may be skipped depending on the location, the hiring manager, or urgency.
