Interview
Phone interview two times and then skype interview. The phone interview was postponed two or three times. Once the first two interviews were true skype interview was only to math the candidate photo.

Question 1
During first interview Mainly technical questions related to CRM. During the first interview they asked all technical questions related to CRM. During second interview they asked all personality related questions. During skype call they did not ask anything. Just matching the picture.
2 Rounds. 1 with technical team and other with Client. Final round is subjected to selected or not selected. Got the call through external HR agency and interview process completed in 3 weeks

Generic. Not too technical for a PM role. They check your domain expertise a lot
The interview process included these were the different rounds of selection.
First was techno functional round
Second was Managerial round
Lastly the Hr round / Salary negotiations.
One round at a time and upon selection would be scheduled for the next round
The interview was a few years ago. The process involved interview with internal recruiter, PMO manager and senior PM. The senior PM was very thorough and personable. The process was straight forward. I appreciated the professionalism and communication
