It was a one-to-one interview conducted on Microsoft Teams. Questions asked were not difficult, but I was also asked on my personal opinions on certain pharma topics, which I could have better prepared for.

Transparent interview process though took quite some time as the process consist of a situational/cognitive quiz (30mins - 1hr) to complete, HR phone interview (15-20mins) followed by an hour long interview with the hiring manager. However if you do get the role the offer comes in very quickly (I got my offer after 1 working day). Interview was strength based style (on top of a segment for questions aligned to company values + technical questions towards the end). Interviewer is already given a set of questions to ask you so might feel a bit dry answering question after question
The first online assessment was a bit long, as there's approximately 30 questions to answer. However, from it, I've obtained a greater understanding of the world of work at GSK, which I appreciate.
