Apply on snagajob.com and the general manager will call and set up an interview if they're interested.
Make sure you're dressed nicely because they will be looking for that. Some managers do the waiting game on you to see if you will be on your phone; so don't take out your phone at all. They will ask you questions about yourself and your past job experiences. Sometimes you will get called in for a second interview or they will call you within a week if you got the job.

Interview
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
A telephone call- asking if you handle pressure well and an example. Then asks the previous skills you bring from ur previous job, and what makes you stand out. Then an inperson interview with one question about customer service, and a 30 minute ‘day in the life’ where u cut some peppers and jalapenos
