Interview
The interview is conducted to 2 managers. The questions are in-depth but extremely relevant to how one would handle particular situations. The questions are open ended because the interviewing managers want to see how the interviewee would handle particular situations they have been presented.

Interview
They have a series of 11 questions that are in a BAR format (Back Action Result) accept the first one which is the motivational fit question that can be answered anyway you want. Majority of the company like hiring from within but they are starting to look outside now because of the high demand. It will either be on the phone or in person with at least 2 people interviewing you. They rate each answer on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the best answer. Most answers are considered 3 as long as you give the answer in the BAR format. Take your time and know what your answer is before you start talking because they are taking notes on what you are saying.

Interview
The interview process was a 3 part behavior style interview. During the panel interview they use the STAR process. this usually about 10 questions based on life experiences. There are will be follow up questions to your answers. The interview starts with a Five minute presentation. You will normally receive an answer in about 3 days.
