FDM Group Junior Software Developer interview questions

First, there was a basic phone screening, a one-way video interview, then an online aptitude test, finally there was an interview day with soft skills interview and technical interview. They called me the next day with an offer.

First call was to confirm availability and set up next stage. Next was a 15-20 minute phone interview/screening with a recruiter, followed by two online assessments (technical test(30 mins) & video interview (20 mins of prerecorded strength-based interview questions).
