They first send you an Arctic Shores Assessment. If you pass that you go to a virtual interview. In this one, you talked about yourself and try to pass basic technical questions that are given to HRs. If you pass that, you will be asked to participate 2 more interviews. One is for strength based behavioral interview. The last one is a technical interview which they assess you based on what you said on your resume. If you pass that you'll get an offer.
