I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group (Montréal, QC)
Interview
Phone call, Referral, Interview. I was seen as an experienced hire, so this whole process looks more like a recruiter than their internal programme. FDM refers me to their opportunities and I go for interviews.
I was given a technical assessment with a deadline of less than 12 hours (self-sourced data and problem-solving), and was expected to give a presentation first thing in the morning. The feedback was I was told that I did not look confident enough. Later, I was referred to a position for an interview, I was ghosted and rescheduled for a later time, during that confusing time, the personnel at FDM NEVER replied. Turned out that the job was NOT my fit at all, I emailed FED but ONLY received a "thumbs up" reaction, not even an email back. This entire show made me extremely confused and exhausted. I am happy at least that I have learned that FDM is NOT what I'd pursue in the future, huge red flag.
