I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview consisted of three tests, one being a basic GCSE Maths test (no calculator), the other being a sets theory test, and the third being an IT Aplitude test. The aplitude test consisted of generally IQ test style questions with around 10% of the test being basic IT questions.
After this there were three interviews each consisting of four questions and lasting five mins. The aim here was to answer with very detailed answers and by thinking outside the box of the question.

The process was quite easy. Needed to reset the assessment day because of the dress code. Got the offer but unpaid training doesnt look very good for me. WIll do more background checks also reviews checks and then decide final answer.
