I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ericsson (Silchar) in Oct 2014
Interview
Fantastic process with a personal touch, gives you a lot of scope to showcase your own talents and ideas. The interviewer was very open to all points given by me and the most amazing part was he asked me about my weak points and rather than attacking me on those points he helped and gave his valuable advice as to how to handle these problems specially in a corporate environment. i did ask him some personal queries and he was more than ready to advice even relating my problems with his life's experiences. All in all it was a fantastic experience and I can say I did learn a lot more about me when I came out of the interview after more than one hour of having one of the most open and fruitful discussions with a fantastic and a very intelligent personality.
