Epicor Software interview questions

Had a preliminary interview to get salary requirements and to see if i was genuinely interested in the position. Then there was a 2nd interview with 3 people that would be my manager.

The interview process sold me on working for Epicor. I had an HR phone screening, meeting with the manager and meeting with the development team all within 2 weeks. My impression from interviewing was that Epicor wanted to ensure they found the right candidate but valued my time. In contrast to other companies that had me solving code riddles and drawing the process out for months, Epicor focused on understanding my work habits and thought processes to assess if I'd be a good fit.
