I have been working for Epicor for more than 4 years, I have been in 3 interviews with them , I think they were quick with me, when they contacted me, the questions were job related, very professional.

HR contacts you first via phone to see your english skills. Then if you pass they will book you another interview. Then in about a week or less, they will let you know (could be less if they really need to fill the position).
