No offense, but everything you described here was never communicated to me so I don't consider that misreading. It further shows the poor communication I received. Terrible that a Glassdoor review then allows for better communication from what appears to be someone who responds to reviews for the company to make them look better. My recruiter never returned my phone calls and was late to answer emails after dates she gave me and I had to then reach out. Regardless if I was a good fit or not, this is still poor behavior and shows you don't respect someone's time. If one question is all it took to judge me then you knew before you wasted my time to set up that interview. On the other side of interviewing myself (as I have done it for years at my current job) this interview process has some benefits but the overall poor communication and getting a candidates hopes up is not professional. Honesty and transparency is key.
