No but I did go to culinary arts school and was trained in ticket order, screen order, FOH, BOH, small order, buffet, and how to place orders with food companies such as SYSQO and US Foods via online order system as well as paper ordering system. Was also trained in how to check for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales to money earned vs money spent.
