I can say that this interview was unusual and kind of weird. I would like to point out that it is not because I am not taken that I am not satisfied, I find that the quality of the interview was not very high. First the lady who called me spoke in a much too fast and she was too serious (like she didn't have so much time for me). After usual questions like “what did you understand from this offer” or “why should we hire you”, -that she did not challenge or start a conversation based on my answers, she preferred to ask very detailed questions about the company, for example, if I know precisely how many hotels they have in the world and what is the theme of their newest hotel and its location and that kind of questions. And that’s it, all in like 15 mn! I am not a HR but personally I think it's “old school” way to see a person's motivation by asking this kind of question about the company, not really necessary for that job offer. I can say that we didn’t talk much about my experience or she was not that interested to hear. I personally prefer to hear professional reasons to understand if I'm taken or not which is completely normal. After having passed a dozen interviews, I can say that the one at Disney was the poorest, which actually changed my view of this company.
