Un processus en trois étapes. Une bienveillance et de bonnes explications sur le poste et attentes. Pas stressant. Peut être un peu plus stressant pour le sernier entretien avec le N - 2.

I applied to this job for Spanish Market more than one month ago. The conditions of job required Spanish and English langage which did I qualified, and not so much french (B1/B2). It also offfered teletravail and 5 days per month on site (with a training program that I already considered). I waited this interview for long time to finally start it today and realized conditions changed. As soon as I started They asked made clear it was needed more than 5 days per month on site, asking many days per week on site, wich could totally change my idea for the post. And then it was comunicated to me that I needed better understanding and comunicating in french wich was not at all what you could understand from the offer. We didn't even go through the languages required as a main requirement. I am very dissapointed for the time waited and consumed to discover this new conditions just now. I wish they could have asked this details before, or explain the real needs that they have.
