I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Designit in Oct 2023
Interview
I went through multiple interviews as I interviewed for another position. I didn't get the first role I applied for but was offered this position to apply for. They were very transparent about both roles. The assessments were fairly easily and the people I interviewed for were very engaging. Overall smooth experience.

Interview
Worst interview process I've experienced to date. You are given a 15-minute screener then immediately assigned a project that is supposed to take "30-45 minutes". Except that they want you to listen to three separate 45-minute long podcasts and create multiple posts/strategy for the brand. It's common practice to assign a project in the tech industry but it is absolutely disrespectful to assign one before meeting the team. After spending hours on the project I wasn't given so much as an interview or a call back. They literally sent a boilerplate rejection, probably the same one that candidates who didn't make it past the screener received. I wouldn't be surprised if they steal the content created from these interviews either considering some of the other reviews on Glassdoor.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Designit (Seattle Heights, WA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had 2 interviews. One with recruiter and then one with a team of 3 people. The team was laced and personable making the me want to be apart of the team.
