Interview
Send your CV to HR- If your CV is selected you get a call for interview- First interview with HR personnel. If you are selected you get call for interview with field manager (ERS/Tax/Consultant). In second interview questions regarding your area of work are asked. You get call and mail for your selection .
HR round, followed by few technical round (With manager, senior manager and partners) and lastly on speaking and listening skills (online). The interview as such is very job oriented, they are not difficult if we have good knowledge of the field and the role
The interview might have had more rounds as well, but i only got the opportunity to sit in 2 round. The first round was a guesstimate round basic and fairly easy as well and next round was a case study. which was a bit difficult for me
3 steps, 1 hr call, 2 technical interview to access the position the process was quite smooth as long as you are being considered. The hr was really nice especially when asked about composition and future possibilities
