Graduate Assessment Centre Dec 2016 - on the first day we repeated the maths and verbal reasoning tests that we had done online, and then had a group task which was a swot analysis on their dairy business unit. We then had to wait to find out whether we'd made it through to the second day. On the second day, there was another group task and interview. The interview was one-on-one and was all based on their CODES values, so have a think about how you can demonstrate these. Before the assessment centre all candidates joined a conference call and we were told what to prepare for the two group tasks which was really useful.
