The process started off with numerical and verbal reasoning online tests, after which came an automated video interview. I was invited to the assessment centre with about 15 other candidates. In the morning, we had to do numerical and verbal reasoning tests again, this time on paper, followed by a SWOT presentation as a group (they are looking for 'red energy' individuals who demonstrate leadership skills, CODE behaviours, HOPE values, and have researched the company). After lunch, half the group were eliminated, myself included. The afternoon schedule would have comprised of another group activity and a competency-based interview.
