Online assessments often feel useless when questions aren’t related to the role. We’re humans, not machines to be filtered by generic tests that ignore real skills and practical experience entirely.

I passed the online tests which were quite challenging for me as they were the first online tests I have done. After that it was the video interview. The video interview had in total 4 questions and it was very strange. I know that after the video interview I think it was the phone interview and then assessment centre.
