Standard apply for the role with a statement and CV. Once shortlisted the first interview consists of talking about your former experience and how those skills relate to the role you're applying for. The second interview is usually a bit more in-depth with a business problem being shared with you and how you would approach that via a presentation. This is then followed by standard competency questions in relation to the role.

HR provides a very clear interview structure and a detailed explanation of the job description and their expectations before the interview, which is very beneficial for a candidate. However, the follow-up process seems to be slow, as there tends to be a significant delay in their responses.
