The interview process was simplified and structured for potential candidates. The two step interview process consisted of a phone interview, after which successful candidates where allowed the opportunity of an on-site interview.

Had an unexpected question with regards to the PLC Logic Ladder. The purpose of asking that question, was to learn how the candidate reacted and responded in challenging technical situations.

Interview
I submitted my resume through career center web page of my college and got invited for the on-campus interview. I was interviewed by two representatives. One was a sr. engineer and the other person was alumni from my college. The sr. engineer was typing my answer while the other man was asking me question. Both of them were pretty nice.

They asked typical questions like what was the most difficult problem that I had to deal with, how I did solve it, tell them about the time when I couldn't meet the dead line, tell them about the problem with team mate and how I approached to settle the issue, etc.

Interview
First, I had a phone interview with a Recruiter. She asked me basic behavioral and background questions. She was very nice and not at all intimidating. I was then asked to do another phone interview with two engineers. They asked me more background questions and specifically wanted to know about my customer experience background. I had never been asked about that in any interview in the past. About 10 days after that interview, I received an offer letter.
