      Sourcing and Procurement Analyst Interview

      Jul 13, 2021

      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Crédit Agricole (New York, NY) in Jun 2021

      Interview

Do yourself a favor, run and never look back at this company. Of all the companies I have dealt with, Credit Agricole in NYC was by far the most unprofessional and chaotic company I've unfortunately had the luck to deal with. Expect yourself to follow up with every interview or phone call because they don't bother to follow up with their candidates. Also expect yourself to be dragged along throughout the process like a dog that they do whatever with at any time. I was told they would not be going along with me as a candidate 2 weeks after my final interview, AFTER I had pressed them for weeks about my results. Then, a week later, they called me back for a different position within the company. The interview process was overtly long and complicated because their management layout from France is a joke and nobody wants to take initiative. After a month of interviews, they extended a verbal offer to me. A WEEK after ACCEPTING, they never sent out a written offer and instead called to let me know they would be moving forward with a different candidate. They have absolutely no regard for anyone's time other than themselves and everyone is just there to save their own a**. Please don't give them the respect you deserve because they have no issues ghosting you and dropping you in a heartbeat even after 3 months of communication and interviewing.
