The interview took place in three stages. First, a phone call; second, a test to assess the English proficiency level, and finally, a video call with a representative from Human Resources and a department manager

Basic questions like: Give us an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer. How do you handle low performance or error complaints?
The interview was super easy. Simple questions asked and they offered me the job right after the interview. I would say be prepared to answer “give a time when” questions and just be yourself.
