Interview
I got so many messages in LinkedIn from various recruiters from Capgemini, In that they scheduled interview for me, interview was good after sometime I got call from HR saying that I got selected and discussion about the package.
After 4 - 6 hrs I got continuously receiving various calls from Capgemini HR on openings I got wondered, So I called to my HR and reported this he told, the position which I was hired was on hold so added my name in Capgemini portal for interview now he ask me to again attend the interview,
I guess totally waste of time

Interview
They have L1 and L2 rounds of interview. They come with n number of excuses while initiating any offer letter after roundL2 round. 1. Resume is not updated 2. 90 days notice period not acceptable we want immediate joiners. 3. Took L2 round in JAVA but we are looking for someone having experience in SCALA 4. L1 round feedback from interviewer was good knowledge in db and L2 round feedback from interviewer was good knowledge in java so we don't want any clashes so will take 3rd round. 5. Job recession is going on only for Capgemini. 6. we have 360 projects but we can't take you for any. 7. Sorry you are from support background so we can't take for developer in L2 round they realize. Since January they have started these lists of scam excuses and complete wastage of time giving interview here when it comes to initiate the offer letter they will either take calls to schedule another round of interview or either they will start ignoring the calls. It is scam based company. Here are the list of scam HRs beware of them: Ankita,Zaveri Nooh,Sugashini, Sonal,Sonam, Vidya M, Ruchi Vinayak, Vishal.

Interview process was usual one. it went good and after two technical rounds the feedback from the interviewer was also seems to be positive but after that i didn't hear anything from HR and no feedback or mail shared.
