Capgemini Program Manager interview questions

Hiring Process is too slow at Cap even though the company is aware that there are very few talents available in market. Company is working on outdated technology All the processes in Cap are too slow. No one takes the ownership of any work and pass on the buck to another plate. People creates works for themselves to survive by playing politics and trap their own team members to be in good books of others

Initially the process was good and going smoothly but later on I had to follow up for the updates. I was very serious in joining Capgemini and did not take any back up offer from other companies. But I was asked if I would prefer to drop Capgemini offer and opt for other options if any.
