Applied on LinkedIn, received a phone call a couple of weeks later. Invited to a first zoom call interview and then another a few days later. Asked question about personal and professional life and expected myself to have carried out research on the company and job role.

Question 1
Describe an experience where you were forced to be resilient and how did you move forward.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in Aug 2025
Interview
The process was quite seamless and the hiring recruiter was easy to talk to. She was on top of communication and expectations from the beginning until the end. The whole recruiting process spanned across four stages - intro call, call with head of design, case study presentation, culture fit round. Offer came a few days after the final call. I declined primarily because of the three days hybrid work structure which might require working from client office onsite, and the final salary offer being below what I wanted. Although the hiring personnel tried to push as high as she could, because they really wanted me on a particular project as soon as possible.
