They called me for a phone interview first, and it was just a general run through of my resume and my background. What I know about Capco and what I like about the company. Was fairly painless.
Then got asked to come into NYC for an in-person round of interviews. I met with three different people and it was, again, running through my resume and what I knew about Capco and consulting. What kind of consulting the firm does. General information about who founded Capco, current president, and then a series of rapid fire questions (think along the lines of "if you could be any super hero, what super hero would you be and why?"). Then there was a team consulting day of interviews where you do two challenges (writing an email, and a mock group consulting case) as well as have lunch with the top executives and other capco employees. Overall, fairly relaxed and everyone was pretty welcoming and nice.
